Potter’s Garden

Welcome to Potter’s Garden, our social and therapeutic garden on the farm! We are currently running our Going for Growth project in the garden. The project is for a small group of +18 adults who are experiencing loneliness, isolation or are having difficulties and would like to spend time in a supportive group whilst gardening.

Why Gardening?

Being outside in a garden is good for us! It can improve our health and wellbeing by giving us the opportunity to…

  • Be active and do exercise, improving our physical health.
  • Have a sense of purpose, hope and achievement, improving our mental health.
  • Connect with others in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Learn something new, which increases our confidence and skills.
  • Spend time in nature, which makes us feel relaxed.

How to get involved?

If you would like to be part of the Going for Growth gardening group, or know someone who would like to join, please fill out the Participant’s Registration Form and email it back to us.

We will then book a visit to the farm to show you the garden, discuss cost per session and decide together whether the project is right for you.
