My favourite thing about the farm is that when I come here the moment I arrive the stress completely leaves my body and I feel at peace. My favourite animal is Star the steer – I feel a connection to him and he makes me incredibly happy. My favourite person is Julie, she has helped me through so much in my life. My favourite activity is anything that involves the cows as they are my favourite animal.
My best memory was attending Gillingham and Shaftesbury Show and showing 2 cows – Star and Angel. I had never done anything like this before and was both nervous and excited to learn the correct techniques and giving them a bath the day before. I spent hours training them at weekends and still to this day have the rosette we won”.
