As you may have read, we’ve recently moved into our new Whitfield site near Dorchester and have been busy getting it ready. There’s still some way to go, but if you’d like to come and see what all the fuss is about then we will be officially launching on Wednesday 27 August.
The mayor has agreed to come and cut the ribbon, there will be demonstrations of what Whitfield has to offer, and talks from some of the people who have benefited from our projects in the past. The day is for anyone interested in making Whitfield a thriving community space for the people of Dorchester, whether you are a commissioner from the council, a potential volunteer, someone who thinks they may benefit from our projects, a parent, a neighbour, or a supporter. We would love to see you there!
