Outdoor short break sessions for young people at Future Roots.
We run holiday clubs at our farm near SHERBORNE, participants MUST live in Dorset.
These short breaks are for young people from Dorset with special educational needs, a diagnosis including poor mental health, or young people who have an EHCP.
