Julie Plumley Founder and Director of Future Roots has been a registered social worker for over 25 years in Dorset working with Children and families and has a Level 6 in management and leadership. Experience is in Education social work, mental health and adolescent support as a senior practitioner. The last 13 years has been setting up and running Rylands care farm for young people and countrymen which continues to evolve. I love walking in the the countryside, Jack Russell’s, Simmental cows and David Essex.
