Future Roots is delighted to announce that we are recruiting two new office-based workers to roll out our Countrymen’s Club across the UK.
The Franchise Manager needs to “get” why the Countrymen’s Club is so important and be able to inspire and share this commitment through passionate and effective communications with other care farms, commissioning bodies and NGOs and deal with the practicalities and legalities of setting up ten franchises across the UK. This will include working with the European Social Franchising Network, helping with research, marketing and networking with local commissioners so that each Franchise can become self-sustaining. There will be work to write a marketing and sales manual and supporting collateral and also to join with the appointed external evaluation organisation to ensure that the data collection is set up and done properly.
The Project Co-ordinator needs to appreciate the challenges and benefits of running outdoor activities with vulnerable people and be able to coach and support the care farm workers with the preparation, delivery, reporting and recording of sessions. This will require a brilliant communicator who can support the Care Farms with maintaining the vision and purpose of the Countrymen’s Clubs and provide ad hoc support as appropriate.
The roles are quite different so please read the role descriptions and then email us your application form by end of day Sunday 8th October 2017.
